What type of products do you provide?

We produce and sell high-quality digital resources that will help to improve your design process. Now you can try mobile app templates for iOS and Android and UI sounds. But, we're preparing many other useful products. Stay tuned!

What software do I need to use these products?

You have to have Sketch to use these products. Also, we're planning to release versions for Figma, XD, and other graphic editors.

Сan I use photos from the kits in my projects?

Photos represented in the product are for demonstration only. However you can find most of them on http://unsplash.com/.

I have a problem with one of the products. How can I get help?

Account

Why should I create an account?

We carefully secure all of your purchases in your account. So, even if you lost the files, you can always regain access to all of them.

How do I create an account?

Right after your first purchase, you will receive an 'Activate your email' email. Click the button, 'Create password' and complete the form. All of your purchases will automatically appear on your account.

You are also able to sign up manually.

How do I restore my password?

If you forget your password, complete the Reset password form. We'll send you a link to create a new password by email.

I want to change my email. What do I have to do?

You can change your email in your profile. If you're not able to complete it yourself, message us and we'll gladly help you.

Payments

Is it a one-time or a monthly/annual payment?

It's a one-time payment.

I’m a student, do you provide discounts?

Yes, we provide a 50% discount for students. To receive your coupon code please send us a request to support@yoyolabs.co with the Student ID photo/scan.

Will I get a proper invoice?

Yes. Please check out your inbox after the purchase. Find an email from Paddle (they send you customizable invoices for every transaction you make with us). You can add to the invoice any information you need such as company name, address, VAT number, etc.

I have a VAT number. Where do I have to fill it?

You can enter your VAT number after clicking the 'Proceed to purchase' button. Please find the 'Add VAT number' button below the payment form.

Do you provide refunds?

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we can’t help you to resolve the matter, or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description.

There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind about an item;
  • You bought an item by mistake;
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item.

VAT and Tax Handling

Are prices on the website tax-inclusive?

The tax is added on at checkout, after you click the 'Proceed to purchase' button, as its calculation happens then and there. We're working with the payment processing company Paddle. They completely handle VAT (sales tax) for all digital products sold to the countries where this is a legal requirement, eg. EU member states, India, Australia and more.

What is VAT?

Digital ‘VAT’ or Sales Tax on electronically supplied services has been introduced in more than 40 countries around the world. In some countries, it is applied to both private individuals (B2C) and customers registered as businesses / legal entities (B2B).

I need a VAT Refund

Where possible, you will have the option to enter a VAT ID at the point of purchase which will exempt the purchase from a sales tax charge. If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged for Sales Tax (VAT), please contact help@stripe.com and the Paddle team will be able to issue a VAT refund.

License

Can I use the item for a client’s end product?

Yes, you are allowed to create an end product for your clients and charge them for your services.

What's the difference between Personal and Corporate licenses?

A personal license is only for individual customers. A corporate license is for all corporate and commercial organizations and business entities. So, if you're purchasing one the products for your company — please choose Corporate license.

Can I upgrade my license?

Sure, just contact us via messenger in the right corner or email us at support@yoyolabs.co.

Can I convert a purchased product into a theme or template?

No, you’re not allowed to sell or distribute the products on your website or marketplaces like ThemeForest, Creative Market, etc. (even for free) as well as resell, lease, license, sublicense or redistribute a purchased product on its own (even for free).
